Why doesn't Gina try with Hazel the way she wants Callum & Dexter too?

Is it just bc she likes both of them and wishes they got on for her person benefit?

It's always easier to give advice than to take your own.

I guess so. What also strikes me is that she keeps on saying how similar she finds Callum and Dexter, and then us on the outside and a lot of people on BOTS have said that both Gina and Hazel are similar in the sense that they are queen bees.

She sees good in both Dexter and Callum. Hazel on the otherhand...

Hazel and Gina actually talk, laugh and seem to get on well together on LF!

I know that's the sad bit. Hazel and Gina can actually have a genuine laugh w/ one another and they probably enjoy each others stories...I can't imagine Callum and Dexter doing the same. I do think that the Gina/Hazel thing is really one sided as well.

Could say the same about Hazel..

However, they are civil who bitch about each other but do get on and have laughs.

I think they are just used to each other being in the house and have managed to stay out each other's way without pissing each other off.
