Yes I quite like her aside from the Daley thing. Her only other obvious flaw is she can be quite bitchy, but overall she's a tough, likable character, I think.

Your transcript certainly looks right to me, and I have watched the thing quite a few times.
I think the argument is that Hazel must have remembered what she said but, rather than admit that what Gina said was close, quibbled about the wording.
