Would You Go On Big Brother? Why/Why Not?
Zadeth

I would love to go on Big Brother, but I feel that it may hinder my future career prospects to be a solicitor.

How about you?

Probably not because i would get homesick/tired of living with the same people/eating the same food

would feel horrible waking up each morning in a room with people i didn't know, wouldn't feel 100% comfortable

LOL I spat my drink at the screen. Yes I think it would be considered somewhat frivolous.

Does anyone ever come out of BB looking good? If you want to become some sort of minor sleb it might have some merit. Although i can only think of one HM who has built a proper career on the back of it. But otherwise you are simply putting yourself up for public ridicule at best and condemnation at worst depending on events.

So in a word - NO

I would love to, but I would be wary about how it would effect my career. Don't think I'd be willing to risk it.

No, because as we all know there isn't a level playing field when you're in there and the HL do not accurately reflect what's happening. Instead of measured coverage BB-favoured 'storylines' dictate everything.

No way, I am a crazy unhinged homewrecker who bitches too much and ruins all the fun while always getting involved in everything, except the tasks, for which I would never actually get stuck in. I am greedy and ungrateful and would be completely obsessed with winning and would paw all the guys and girls all day long in ways they don't appreciate, and I would become fairly aggressive at times and get angry when people suggest I am. And I am heartless and would never cry.

And I would say I didn't expect Big Brother to be like this almost every day.

No i would hate to have viewers pick apart everything i said in the house and i would not like having cameras in the toilet/shower.It also takes me a little bit of time to come out of my shell around strangers so they would think im dull.

No I like to hibernate too much, I,d be kicked out 1st week

I definitely would. I would probably be one of the most hated housemates in history, though. I'm really bad when it comes to saying things to people's faces! I'm far too honest apparently!

Cameras in the bathroom. No thanks.

I have no interest in fame.
And I have no interest in being monitored via video camera in the necessary.

To be fair in terms of living with a post BB legacy being considered dull is probably a good outcome!

No, because I would hate to be on TV. It would be interesting as some social experiment away from the public but, who would vote people out? lol

Not wanting to sound like a predictable HM, but it must be a great experience. But I have no desire to be branded fake, a liar, vile, boring, actor, too nice, nasty, evil, etc etc by the public who really don't know me that awell! Plus and this is the big no no, I'd hate the thought of anyone seeing me on the loo! I know it's not shown, but there's still cameras in the loo!!!

I also have no desire to be a zeleb and although I would welcome the money, I'd never win and would want to go into hiding straight after the show!

So no!

This is probably one of the biggest reasons why I wouldn't. The cameras in the bathroom would irk me too much.

Hell no!

I did want to when the show first started out for the first few seasons. This was when I was young and naive. Now I'm a bit more worldly.

I see BB's manipulation more and their ability to edit you in the way they see fit.

It's a real rarity to come out of the show liked. You can be a good sincere person but STILL come out hated. Long are the days gone, where to gain a 'villian' status, you have to be cruel, confrontational, two-faced and nasty. Now all you need to do is like your food too much or be lazy or even be too nice. Hell you get boo'ed these days for being too boring. BB has literally become a 'no-win' situation for HM now.

I do consider myself to be a good 'people person' who is well mannored, kind funny and pretty much care free. However I am untidy, a bit of a fence sitter and easily bored. I don't bitch but I could easily pass comment and it be construed that way. I'm also a bit blond and ditzy. All my negative traits would be magnified in that house to the extream and I'd come out hated/disliked.

It's not worth ruining your life over. I do think an experience like BB will stay with you for years - simply because its open to the wider public and you will be judged for it for the rest of your life. It would be different if you were hailed as likable good housemate but how rare is that these days? and it's simply something you wouldn't know until it's over anyway. Question is, is it worth the risk?

Nah. With all these removed housemates, tearful housemates, suicidal housemates... I don't like the sound of being one of them.
