Why not just simplify things and go:

Rylan was great when being himself but his sing song whispered delivery of the autocue is dreadful. We lose all his spontaneity which we originally liked. Someone give him some training, preferably Emma.

AJ has to gooooooooooooooooo she is a lovely looking girl but her last week delivery smacked of over hyping every woooooooooooooord, her eyes glistened, her speech elaborated, her smile widened, she was so over the top she was unintelligible.

Phil Solo - you know it dude!

All Night! What a fantastic suggestion. Someone mentioned before that the programme-makers are strapped for cash and this is why they've employed these charlatans. Well why not audition members of the public who love the show and would do the job a million times better for relatively little money.

Another point - why do the presenters have to be stick thin and photogenic to get the gig?! In an age where people are awake to the issues surrounding self-image, especially in young adults, you'd think that they'd take people on their talent and personality rather than how they look!

I have no doubt AJ got the job because she's fit. It can't be because she is competent.

Speech impediment? Are you saying AJ has one? Are you saying Luke has one as well?

What is it please?

Probably a good rule to keep.
No chance of those jolly, hilarious, cheeky chubby chappies getting the gig, then

Oh Dave you are controversial with your bigoted views! lol

Seriously why should only skinny, photogenic people get the gigs? I thought we were past that?

I want to see fat people take over. I am fat and proud. I will do the job.

This is exactly what I do. I can't stand rylan so only watch. Only Emma & psych for me although Ajax ain't much better but at least I can look at her.

Davina used to do Friday's Big Mouth, after the evction, i no it sometimes ran a few minutes late, due to her having to dash up the hill to get to the studio.

Maybe Emma could do Fridays, if the schedule for the evening got changed a bit.

10:30, go to live streaming, and get the instant reaction from the house, rather than an hour later. Or another programme, but not Wedding Planner.

11/11,30: Bit on the Side, that would give emma a few minutes to get herself up together, change outfit, and also would mean the evicted housemate, could possibly, go and get a shower, get changed.

I have no problems with Rylan at all - in fact he is really good for someone with so little experience.

But AJ is a nightmare. She can't even pronounce her words properly and her awful SHOUTING hurts my ears.

Contrast this with AJ and Rylan. Now before anyone gets on my back, I want to say that I recognise that both of them are amateurs and at the outset I wished the both well as they were clearly in need of experience. I had supported Rylan in X Factor and in Celebrity BB - he is a lovely person.

BUT...

I am really not enjoying the amateurish displays these presenters show when they take the reins on this show. AJ seems to think that it's all about her: she cuts in when anyone wants to talk in the audience, on the panel and especially on those people who are paying to wait on the line. She asks glib questions that are clearly written for her, or if not, questions a child could have come up with. She shows no real interest in the show and does not seem concerned with anything any of the guests have to say. She yaks on and on with crap only for her to announce that they've run out of time when someone on the panel gets a chance to talk about something interesting.

Rylan on the other hand has done far better than AJ but that's not saying much! This is his first paid T.V. role and he is clearly interested in the show but he needs to be shown how to position himself for the camera when talking to the audience and not to turn away and share jokes we can barely hear with the studio audience. He needs to remember that the audience he is talking to is us at home!

Both of them need to stop butting in and asking silly questions and realise that the show is NOT about them - it is about the BB show and the panelists and guests.

Iain Lee has been missed on our screens for many years since the 11 o'clock Show - but now it's become apparent why. He's rude and conceited and shows little regard for the viewers or fans. The way he spoke to someone who was on the phone trying to read out a poem they had written was disgraceful: "Everyone knows poetry's always been shit!".

I'm delighted to see Emma when she hosts the show and I'm sure the viewers are. Because she hosts the eviction outside, she can never take the show on Fridays so they are ALWAYS destined to be poor. It's getting to a point now where, even as an avid fan, I'm considering only tuning in when she's on. Seasoned presenters who are out of work must be thinking, "what do I have to do?!" when they watch these annoying amateurs.

What do you all think?

My favourite presenter to replace them as a suggestion would be Gaby Roslin.”

good post, but i think rylan has a lot of potential, i actually find him better than emma

Wazzy - you're on to me mate!

Did anyone notice about 10 days ago when Emma went to take some calls and AJ was there. The producers must have put Emma in there to sort it out. AJ ruins every phonecall - if you don't believe me watch the next programme.

Anyway, Emma was asking questions which were interesting and pertinent and interesting to the caller and, seeing that she was being replaced, AJ tried to hijack the call. It was really cringey.

The producers are onto AJ - they are thinking, "what were we thinking?!"

I wonder whether this differential between presenters and styles is an attempt to please some of the people most of the time. We had similar when alternating between Emma and Alice, though Alice was certainly not in the vein of AJ or Rylan she was very different from Emma and they are trying to cover a number of bases (real or imagined).

I agree. Even when Rylan and AJ are on together I only enjoy the bits Rylan does and groan inwardly every time AJ butts in.

What about Paul O'Grady? He'd be a great presenter...

But then I reckon he'd be an even better housemate!

Not to worry - it is reported today, in the Star , that Dan is very keen to take over Rylan's job

You must teach me that trick - the dog gets really really worried when I start screaming at the telly again.

For Rylan surely in his eyes BOTS must be a stop gap, for his music career, fancying putting yourself through months of auditions, to get onto the X Factor, then become a presenter
