Hazel was worried that her mum didn't make any reference about Hazel's time in the house in her letter to her - she told Charlie she was worried about this, and what did that mean ?
My guess is it suggests that mum's not impressed and wants her out of the asap, and perhaps it is good time for Hazel to leave, although I think The Twins, ,Sophie should go before her, I think she'll be nominated this week

I did find it rather odd. It sounded like a generic letter that didn't taken into account the BB experience. Perhaps she didn't want to say anything to worry Hazel, but in avoiding the 'elephant' in the room, she's done just that.

I found it odd that she ended it with 'From your Mum, Audrey'.

I thought that she was worried that her mum didn't mention how well she was doing in the house. But I wasn't concentrating at that point.
Anybody know what was said?

That might have been paraphrased by Charlie.

And as her Mum's in Dublin she might not be able to watch the series anyway.

Dexters mum and grandparents mentioned they are watching from Greece so I'm not sure that would be a valid argument in Hazels mind.

Her mum must have been in a difficult position writing that letter she could hardly write like all the others keeping doing what your doing, your doing great, we are proud etc ect knowing what the public think of her daughter.

Hazel seems to want out of the house, she was disappointed she wasn't evicted this week and made it clear she was in the house to raise her profile. I'm wondering if the letter might be the last straw for her and she walks.

Maybe her mum felt hazel knows how she is doing due to last weeks task so thought she would be better reminding her the people who actually matter are still there for her.

My cousins called their parents by their Christian names.

If she had signed the letter with just Audrey, which would have made sense to Hazel, then we would not have been aware that Audrey was her mother.

Considering Hazel's awful time in the house and being hated by the HM's and the public is pretty obvious her Mum wasn't going to mention it, what on earth could she say?

Hazel's mom did give her some advice she said to "smile with her eyes".

Yours sincerely,

it was an odd letter. It didn't seem very loving compared to some of the other letters. I wouldn't sign a letter "from" to one of my kids Lots of love/missing you/you make me so proud etc None of that was in there.Even Callum's mum gushed in hers

Yes but ex-pats etc in Greece get British telly via satellite.
Irish people tend to watch Irish telly by and large.

Yes I know there are a lot of Irish people on here, but they must be fans that go out of their way to watch the show on satellite or the internet.
I don't think UK CH5 is on Irish telly normally?

Do you have UK Channel 5 on Irish terrestrial TV, or do you have satellite TV?

The vast majority of people in the Republic of Ireland don't have Channel 5. Only a few hundred people max in the whole country will bother to amend their digital box or watch streams on the Internet. The Irish Daily Star has had a decent amount of BB coverage though. This must be a relief for Hazel... she can just blend back in.

You are only guessing that is the case I on the other hand think most people would add the extra channels as they are free - its not just C5 that is added but maybe 20 other channels with it - my kids and all their friends are addicted to BB - I think there are more viewers in Ireland than "a few hundred"
