Was hardly a joke, twas more nudge nudge wink wink she's prossie. Was no need for it and is bad as those who attacked Gina for her looks and tried to make jokes out of her skin condition.

I get where people are coming from, but we don't know what they had between them, she was only 18 at the time and it must be flattering when some millionaire is whisking her off to Paris and all that.

Exactly, when the article says the opposite to what people are inferring. The article suggested when she was young and foolish she got her head turned by a rich man but quickly realised it was not for her.
As for the prossie hints, be ashamed be very ashamed, nasty.

Yeah it is pretty nasty. although to be honest, I would expect nothing less from this forum lately. Every piece of information is pounced upon with relish to infer Hazel is some kind of Jezebel whore, or the archangel Hazel - there seems to be no middle ground for rational discussion.
This whole experience is supposed to be fun, both for the HMs and for us viewers, although in truth it isn't that surprising that people become deeply emotionally invested in the whole process. I'm not a fan of hers but I really hope Hazel is ok, must have been horrid to be voted a snake, least popular HM, and booed as she was. I hope she picks herself up when she gets out of the house and puts all the negativity behind her.

TWO rich men. There was the Jimmy one, who she loved for three years from the age of eighteen, and who broke her heart. And there was the unnamed business man who whisked her off to Paris and who give her £1,000. Then there was the boxer, who committed suicide in 2009, when Hazel would have been 20 or 21. The timeline looks rather tight.
