I have heard the twist is that noms will be revealed to the HMs along with soundbites of who nommed who and why.
I bet the twist is they've got to choose one to save (Twins probably ) and replace them with someone else.

It'll probably be a task for The Twins which will ensure they get to the final as it will no doubt give them immunity from all further nominations. It wouldn't surprise me.

I couldn't care less about their stupid twists. All their twists always seem to be announced after nominations have occurred. An obvious way to get the outcome they want.

And if Hazel is up (likely) the result is a forgone conclusion anyway, regardless of any daft twist.
They could make it that whoever is evicted this week gets to choose one other housemate to be evicted with them. That would put the cat amongst the pigeons for voters.
