To quote one of Flo Rida's previous songs:

"I Cry".

That's all.

I was going to say it's a low rent Baby Got Back. However that classic really shouldn't get dragged down with this crap by being in the same sentence.

Oh wow, the industry's two BIGGEST rent'a'rappers in one song, I can't imagine a more horrifying prospect tbh.

I agree that it looks like a parody video! My mum likes Flo Rida and Pitbull so, unfortunately for me, I'm probably going to be hearing that song a lot soon!

From 2 of the most annoying people ever.
I saw the comment about Flo Rida below that and imagined that the second person would be Nicki Minaj. I'd have otherwise guessed at one of them being Justin Bieber!

Absolutely awful but this could match it I think:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaGm0OvxTss

It is some sort of rap/scat combination. If you can stand it to around the 2 minute mark that's when she really kicks off!

And this will be a surefire number one

Time the singles chart compiled the same way as Eurovision with a jury having some say to block crap like this making number one.

Annoyingly, the bassline in the tune is Infinity by Infinity Ink, one of the biggest deep house tunes of the last year.

Nothing we've not seen or heard before. It is crud in my opinion - give me the 2 Live Crew anyday!! However, I agree that this latest effort is more like a parody video.

And just watch it sell
Best quote of the thread! Added to which, it'll be blaring out in the identical nightclubs on a Saturday night that cater for the first time clubbers - people who still think they're 19 but are actually 49 market. It's sad but true. Not referring to people over a certain age generally there folks by the way, just the somewhat weird ones who dress and act like a lot of 19 year olds do but manage to look scary more than anything else.

Whilst it may be that the track is deliberately supposed to be tongue-in-cheek or whatever, it won't stop it being overplayed and almost rammed into your ears all the time, much like LMFAO's 'Sexy and I Know It' was/is.*

I went out with colleagues 2 Saturdays ago and the three places we went to, one of which used to actually play a right mix of music, played at least one track featuring Pitbull, which admittedly isn't hard considering he's a 'rent-a-rappa.' It's the sort of generic pap the masses settle for.

* Main reason for putting 'is' with reference to LMFAO is because I also heard that twice on the aforementioned Saturday. Why it's still getting played in clubs now is anyone's guess.

The sort of clubs that will be playing Sexy and I Know It are gay clubs, eurodance clubs, and the clubs that are actually restaurants where they push all the tables to the side at night and play some music, targeted at middle-aged women wanting a night out with their friends from the office. The proper genre specific clubs have no reason to play a song like this.

The only way it could be worse is if Travie McCoy was involved as well.
