BB have been desperate for a Gina vs Hazel showdown for SO long now. Hazel will be expecting Gina to nominate her, and Gina will be expecting Hazel to nominate her, so I doubt it's going to cause anything to actually happen.

I think we could have some good nominations, though. Twins getting nominations would be good TV.

Depends whether Gina goes OTT with her 'devil incarnate' routine, if they show it onscreen.
