They probably talked about nominations when they were in the task room together. Can't see what else they would've done.

It might have been two different conversations.

I can imagine Dexter and Gina talking about noms and I can imagine Callum and Sam talking about noms but I can't imagine all four of them talking about noms together

Considering BB are apparently planning to show the noms to the housemates anyway in tonight's 'twist', it seems a bit hypocritical punishing them for talking about it in the task room, if this is indeed what they are being punished for.

What BB could is make the noms announcement like normal, show the noms but then say "Due to Dexter, Gina, Sam and Callum" breaking the rules concerning discussion of nominations all HMs will be up for eviction this week"
