Overnight on Sat, all freeview channels disappeared from TV & BT Vision box. Scanned TV, all channels detected and fine. Scanned for channels on BT Vision box; none found. Tried scan without aerial, then again with, rebooted box, factory reset, all to no avail. Still cannot obtain any freeview channels for vision box. All connections unchanged, no aerial issue (as said, TV fine, also tried old DVD recorder/freeviewbox which scanned OK). All broadband channels present, of course. BT CS advised all the stuff I'd already tried. Any ideas, anyone? Thanks in advance if you have.

Is this likely to be a fault with the vision box? It's odd that my TV also lost all channels simultaneously, but the TV (and an old freeview box) picked up the channels immediately on rescan, but the Vision box still won't pick the channels up. If not the box, what else could be the cause?
