He is unbelievable, backtracking on everything he is saying since the LF started, yeah Charlie nominated him as she did before, thank god, he has been called to DR, she had no way of knowing the noms would be shown, very uncomfortable viewing...............notice they go to the birds whenever the tanning ladies are mentioned, must have been bad

Very uncomfortable viewing to be honest. Very scary in fact and worrying.

More worrying he wants to be a teacher and watching LF he seems to be brushing up his grooming technique just feels very uncomfortable to watch.

I totally agree and I like hazel the very least!!! He is getting too weird and the word grooming has been said a few times and I have to say it could be considered that way

Charlie is sending mixed messages to Callum as dexter and Hazel said the other day -she goes to him for cuddles and chats and then nominates him what's Callum suppose to think

That Charlie is not a possession and no matter how nice she is to him, it is not his place to "allow" her to talk to other people or to tell her how disappointed he is in her for not nominating the same people he did.

His only crime is he's to nice... I admit I don't like people too nice and it is awkward but doesn't make him into a psycho.

LF last night was not nice. It was a lot of things, but nice was absolutely not on the list.

Grooming technique? are you serious?

i swear some people are watching a different show than me. Callum is a bit of an idiot when it comes to charlie and he's lord of the cheese. i think he likes her..... maybe he dosent and she obviously dosent like him yet he keeps trying like a lovestruck puppy to get her to notice him but this shows him as a bit of a desperate fool but that is all. why people keep making something sinister about the fact callum wants to work with children is beyond nasty. his actions in the house have done nothing to show what kind of teacher callum would be. he may be an amazing teacher in the future and work brilliantly with kids. nobody knows.

i actually feel sorry for callum. he's a cringebag sometimes but some of the more disgusting comments about his working with children in the future are a bit below the belt.

and since when as it been a crime for a single man to flirt with a grown tanning lady!

i'm a fan of charlie but it had nothing to do with her. she saw him flirting...... he's not her boyfriend, he is single. she should look away if it bothers her.

Most of his thinking seems to come from below the belt. He appears to have an affinity for the vulnerable and easily manipulated - and I would be reluctant to say it comes from a desire to edify.

Why does there seem to be a general acceptance that Charlie is 'vulnerable'

She is 27 and has plenty of self confidence I would say

In what way is this woman 'vulnerable' exactly ?

He's NOT too nice - when I think of housemates who were "too nice" Jonty comes to mind... but Jonty would NEVER had behaved the way Callum does. Jonty always put the other person first, Callum always puts himself first.

All the chats he has about "helping" people have f*** all to do with helping - it's all about beating that person down so they'll do what he wants. He is so controlling towards Charlie.

He is NOT nice.

In the same way any sheltered, browbeaten offspring of a domineering parent is likely to be. In a perfect world, Charlie would've grown up learning life skills and becoming a strong, independent and decisive woman. The world's not perfect and she'd damaged goods. Some people tend to prey on damaged goods, and from what we've seen, Callum is one of them.

I'm not sure that vulnerable is the right word either, but Charlie has a very controlling mother in Jackie, and what people like Callum do is to get someone away from one controlling person by telling them it will be good for them... but then they take over the job of controlling.

None of this is about helping Charlie, it's all about Callum getting what he wants. He needs serious help.
