I doubt very much if Charlie actually wants him to stay away. Let's face it, until Callum and Dexter started fighting over her she had as much presence on our screens as Sophie. With Callum gone that's her airtime cut in half, probably more in fact, given that much of Dexter's chasing after her seems to be based around the challenge of getting one over on Callum (and vice-versa) as much as actually getting Charlie.

What's she going to do when Callum goes and that situation dies down - start upping her 'foot in mouth' routine for exposure?

"Has anyone ever told you you look like Ian Huntley? Oops. I meant that as a compliment."

I ddn't catch last nights shows. Was that a reason she gave for nomming him?

who's vulnerable and being manipulated? Charlie is a grown woman perfectly capeable of handling herself. she's the first to speak up if she has any issues. i don't see the vulnerability at all tbh.

Too nice? erm i dont think so, he follows Charlie around like a puppy, every chance he gets he wants to hug her, hes influencing Sam against Dexter, he slags Dexter off to anyone who will listen to him, hes now trying to be the big i am of the house, sorry but i dont think he is a nice person, bull shit rolls out of his mouth every time he opens it too.

If she knew what she was doing, she would've stood up and walked away after the first time he shushed her.

IMO Callum being 'too nice' is not because he's this wonderful human being, it's to make Callum look good. It's a very self serving niceness I think.
