left over sauce

Last night we had rib eye steak and I made a nice whole grain mustard sauce to go with it, I made a bit too much though, so I'm wondering what to do with it tonight.
I was thinking of making burgers and fries, with the sauce as a topping on the burger, but I'm not sure.

any ideas?

Make some BBQ Beans and mix the mustard sauce into those during cooking. Those would go even better with burger and fries.

I would say use it in a casserole, but its too hot to have stews and casseroles. Can you not freeze it and use it another time?
