I shop regularly here and have benefited from their promotional offers. One does need to be, however, as reporter Rani Price (Dont get done get Dom) would say 'savvy shoppers'. The two constantly alternated offers, are the penny sale, which never seems to include what I buy, and the 'buy one get one half price' deal. I use Dr Organics haircare, and the latter offer always includes this. If you check the 'usual' prices you will find that, generically, they are inflated compared to what they were before the latest promotion began. For example, I buy flame raisins, which are normally £1.49 per bag. When the get one half price deal was on, the price of a bag of raisins was £1.49; if you buy two, and get the second 1/2 price, the total would be £2.24. Earlier in the year, just prior to a promotion, a bag of said raisiins was £1.09, so even without the offer, it was only costing £2.18 for two bags. At the moment, the raisins are reduced in price, from £1.75 to £1.29, saving 0.46p! If I had bought a packet a couple of days ago, they would have cost me £1.49! I still have to admit, I have stocked up on my shampoo/conditioner when it has been on offer, so have saved there. Like supermarkets, though, H+B change the prices to suit the current offer.

Find things in there quite overpriced compared with other shops. This morning went into a couple of supermarkets to find Vegan "marg" and could not find any so bought it from H and B at £2 as I needed it to make pie for lunch.
This afternoon was in Asda and the same brand was £1.50. - would not mind a small price difference but not 50p on a pack.

Find them expensive and the 'buy 1 get 1 for 1p' deal is rubbish, are they really to stingy to do 'buy 1 get 1 free'?

Vitacost are usually much cheaper even with shipping from the US.

Their prices are outrageous. A case of more money than sense prevails for those who shop there.

I usually get the mixed seeds for bread making. But that is the only bargain I've ever managed to get

That is a big hike in price
