It may be my imagination but I get audio stuttering to start with but it settles down after a minute or so. PQ seems to vary from sport to sport which seems to point the figure at the source. For example the West Indies T20 is a bit dire.

Sky can only win 5 of 6 bundles from epl , whats to stop epl colluding with sky re bid altering , sky win 4 of 6 ,outbid in 2 in 1st round pick , epl ask sky to move some monies from any or all of winning bundles to secure a 5th bundle.
Why not 1 bid per bundle?, obviously epl dont want that , they want to maximise the value , but to the determent of customers who pay suppliers of pay tv. |

Nice to see Mark Langdon on television after his good work on the radio. I like this line-up with an ex-player, a European football expert, Rafa, someone from Opta and Langdon (who writes for the Racing Post). A welcome change from the tired formula of ex-players trotting out lazy clichés, which are not backed up by research and/or reality!
Agree with you on Mark Langdon, his European football round-up on Keys & Gray's talkSPORT show was always well worth a listen and I've enjoyed what I've read of his written work in the Racing Post (albeit that is geared towards betting). He is certainly deserving of a role of some sort on BT Sport's European football coverage. Also, who was the presenter of BT Sport's Ligue 1 preview who has attracted the criticism on here? |

Anyone watching BT Sport Live? The video quality from outside Ibrox is shocking, looks like it's been filmed on a cameraphone from a decade ago.

Just seen the ob (supposedly from Ibrox) very difficult..assuming they were using BT broadband, not a great advert.
The two presenters currently on are struggling....didnt know which tennis players were on, and the "in depth discussion of the ashes mainly consisted of asking Neil Warnock what he thought about it. Might be me but Neil looked fairly embaressed by the standard of presentation. I actually welcome the competition to sky (ive got free broadnband with Sky for a year as a result) but they have to do a bit better than this. A nightly sports discussion show live is a good concept, but they have to do better than this. Also, is there a instruction to say BT sport once a minute. Getting a bit tediuos |

Getting a bit tediuos I was surprised they talked about the Championship and mentioned Sky on air (granted it was SkyBet, but still). Makes a change from Sky who pretend any sport they don't own the rights to doesn't exist. I do think it's been a bit awkward so far, but as you said the concept is good. I think this is the first time they've shown this programme, so it'll be interesting to see if it improves in future. |

On the app id like them to do away with the 2nd watch click you do. Ie
Watching a channel. You click live channels and it lists what's on the other 2. When u click 1 of them it should just play and not take you to another screen where you click watch again. In my opinion of course....if its possible |

BT Sport Live reminds me of a Channel 5 sports magazine show circa '97 (forget the name). Not necessarily a bad thing in itself but the presentation standard's undoubtedly a step down from Sky Sports. Vassos Alexander and Darren Fletcher clearly look like they've just been plucked from radio; the quality of the link from Ibrox was truly shocking; and the confusion on the tennis players' identities a bit embarrassing.
On a side note, the Scouse composition of the presentation team is incredible. Surprised they didn't bring Barnes over and maybe Lawro could make the jump?! |

Interesting scheduling for Sunday afternoon. Bundesliga on BT Sport 1 and Ligue 1 on Sport 2 at the same time and a total of 6 matches ( 3 from both leagues) across the weekend. Looks like it could be a promising season for European football fans.

Looks like they will continue ESPN's good work with regards to coverage of European football however what let ESPN down was that they only had 1 channel and had to broadcast a lot of games with delayed coverage where as now they can show games from different leagues at the same time and if I remember correctly the French and Italian coverage is going to have a 'match choice' facility to interesting to see how that is. |

At the same time I think there should be more European football in total than there was on ESPN last season as there are more channels available to use, even if that is partially offset by more content. |

Yes, though bear in mind the PL and more relevantly the Aviva rugby both haven't started yet. Once they do that will restrict the number of available slots.
Also, both BT Sport and ESPN are showing Bundeliga next weekend so they don't have a problem moving things across channels. An aside note (I've only just come across the schedules so I apologise if this has been noted) there's PLENTY of MLB on ESPN over the next week (and not just in the early hours) which should give early encouragement to American Sports fans. |

None of the 3 leagues run Saturday 12.30 BST kick offs so that shouldn't be a problem.

I realise that - the reason I mentioned it is there could be knock-on consequences - eg we don't yet know how / whether BT is going to be devoting time to scores, results etc later in the afternoon.

I'm very much looking forward to the European leagues coverage, I just hope the "380 games live and in HD" statement from BT's press release is true, even if it's just via the app. Would make it easier to follow teams through the season then, time permitting.

What time would you expect the results/scores show to finish? Of course football can't be shown during the blackout period anyway so anything until 5 wouldn't impact.

They seemed to have scheduled quite a few Premiership RU games for Sat 3.15 kickoffs - and I would expect them to be on BT Sport 1 - so I'm not so sure they'll do a scores programme.

Scheduling is a bit messed up at the moment - Sky guide is saying there should be a '50 years of the Bundesliga' show on BTS2 now, but they're staying with tennis, another match in an hour apparently.
