..but (based on your sky prices above) it's as cheap to get it all through BT. Through BT, I've got Sky Sports & BT Sport (and ESPN) for £55 a month - and that's including line rental, phone plan, and superfast BT Infinity.
I know the packages are different (better tv on sky in your example, better broadband in my example), but just wanted to demonstrate there are alternatives to watch all the football.
I actually thought Sky were doing a few deals so their packages are cheaper now in comparison to BT?
That said I do agree with the general point your post is making..
