The only difference it makes is bids will be worth half as much, so where Negredo signed for 10.5m, he would now go for 21m. Each time I get a message saying my budget has changed and to refresh. I do this and yet the same happens again

I'm afraid I am away from home tonight, so won't be able to fix this till tomorrow after work, but I know what the problem is and will be a 5 minute job to fix.
