What do you mean by an 'additional' £30m? Because you say the money not spent in auction is lost, so what is the £30m an addition to? Or do all teams just start on £30m after the lottery?
Won't people just be waiting till 8.59 Friday now though to put in a last minute highest bid? Well people can put bids in whenever they want, but considering you can't see other people's offers there isn't much of an advantage in doing so as before. It'd be easy to miss out on a player. Plus people can't see if you have bidded on Friday, so it doesn't matter what time you bid on Friday it'll have the same effect. |

Haha. I put us here, as I assumed we'd be moved. I'm sure we will be sorely missed.

Yes. Everyone starts with £30m. Sorry poor phrasing.

You can always check the deadline by visiting the player's page.

Is it £30m player budget as well as £200k wages + whatever wage budget you have left over from the lottery or is that wiped out too?

I've have cleared the bids of the mock auction. All bids made now count to the actual auction.
We are in Pre-Auction mode till 8pm tonight, so you can make your bids without anyone knowing till then. You will only be told your bids are pending. You will not find out till this evening whether you have the leading offer or if your bid has been rejected. At 8pm the Auction will start and you will be told each time you make a bid if it has been successful. I cannot look at bids now till after the auction to avoid any advantage. So if you think something looks wrong, do not tell me the exact bid details; just tell me what you think the problem is and I will look into it the best I can. |

Is anyone else having these issues............................
1 When trying to bid I can input transfer amount but the 'wages' part not working. 2/ I have to keep logging in every time I click on a different player. |

I will fix it when I get a chance. With #1, have you read what it says above the wages section "Please select the length of the contract you wish to offer. The wages demands will fluctate depending on the length of the contract." So if you choose a different contract length, the wage demands will change. Is this working? |

Right, done and dusted
![]() Just have to wait 'til 8pm now to see exactly how badly that worked out ![]() Just a quick question Season: Last year if you bought more/cheaper players in the auction, then you tended to get the "better" players in the lottery. Is the same likely to happen this year? |

It isn't possible to actually sign or lose out on any players tonight is it? If I don't make any bids tonight will that be a disadvantage?

I think problem #2 is happening to a lot of people (including me). Glad it isn't affecting everyone though.

If you buy players with low wages in the auction, you will get players with higher wages in the lottery.

just to be clear, are you talking about your total wage budget spent, or the highest wage you are offering.
This is a rough example. |

No. You won't miss out on any players tonight. No players will be signed until Tuesday 8pm at the earliest. In fact, someone people make choose not to make any bids yet for tactical reasons. Who knows.

I don't understand the question. Your squad will be worth roughly £1.5m in wages after the lottery, so anything you spend in the auction on wages will be deducted from that total. So if you spend £600k on 4 players in the auction, you will have 900k for the other 18 players.
This is a rough example. I am guessing this example won't get players with higher wages in the lottery. |

ok just wondering if you brought 8 or 9 players in the cheapest wage possible and maxing the limit and with the transfer budget on Zero.
I am guessing this example won't get players with higher wages in the lottery. |
