No problem Batdude.
Samuel Eto'o has scored 1 goal (2pts) and 1 assist (1pt) giving you a total of 3 attacking points.
John Terry has conceded 1 (1pt), James Tomkins has conceded 3 (3pts) and Tim Krul has conceded 2 (4pts), giving you a total of 8 defensive points.
Bhavesh has conceded 7 defensive points, which means your score is 3*7 = 21.
If you are looking at Ravel Morrison then his point does not count as he is stuck on the bench. You can only have 1 sub in each position and they only count if your players in your main lineup do not complete 90 minutes. So for instance Ross Barkley has completed 79 minutes, so 11 minutes of Mikel Arteta's points count as he is your first listed sub in midfield.
Subs can be difficult to explain and I imagine difficult to understand, but the key thing is that if you play a 4-3-3 you will get 3 midfielders in your main line up and potentially 1 sub, but nobody elses points will count, which is why people have been saying it isn't necessary to name so many midfielders on your bench.
