Chatting on the phone
Can't take back those hours
But I won't regret
'Cause you can grow flowers
From where dirt used to be

I love that entire song but this is my favourite part and can relate to it in more ways than one

You too

I don't understand how someone can get that big, it's very sad to watch. I like how they are putting the 'human' aspect into this, he is still a person whom people love .

BIB - Include me in that Been a nightmare from the beginning.

Me neither but I guess you can't understand these things until you're in in that position yourself. Yes he certainly is no matter his weight.

It is bit crazy, they want evidence of why I left uni in 2008. They did ask last time but couldn't give it them but they were fine. So not sure what the hold up is this time round.

How do you give evidence if it was a personal thing?

I've heard that they are delving into parents financial pasts and one person does not even live with their parents.

I've no idea but guessing they want a doctors note or something. But I'm not paying £12 for my GP to write I had 'emotional difficulties' or something else when it was depression but nobody refuses to admit it.

Although to be fair he did sign off my medical form for placement (well for college) where I'd written about having depression hmm and it got counter signed in May when I finally collected it as I urgently needed it otherwise I couldn't go to Prague with the others Just because of the whole 'dizziness' problem that had flared up again.

Yes they do ask for last year's finical things from parents if they're supporting an application. Really nosy :\ I know they do it so the student gets the right amount of support but hmm. Reminds me of when EMA (education maintenance grant) existed to encourage school leavers to go to college. I had it & got £20 in the first year. Then because my Dad started working two jobs the second year I could only have £10. However they ask you to call if your circumstances change...so when my parents split up, my Mum called them and they refused to do anything about it saying it had to stay the same

It's a quagmire Crazy, I'm shocked at how much they demand in information and all the rest. It must surely put some people off

Have a chat to your doctor, he may well do it for nothing, he knows you and your history........I wish you well

It certainly is a quagmire. The good thing is I won't have to ever apply again after this year hopefully. It puts me off but unless I want my place, I have to.

Ha I doubt it, meh The NHS has let me down so badly with my mental illnesses. Although they seem to accept my anxiety diagnosis
