I totally agree it's still a hell of a lot to fork out in whatever way you look at it. It's silly
That's good Mrs T. I rather hate money sometimes and the stresses it causes. Good luck & will keep you fingers crossed. Houses seem to be back on the up at the moment so that will hopefully help you aswell
We've put ours on the market but after a few months we took it off as it was only the start of the recession really. Mum was going to put it back up again a couple years back but had stuff she wanted to do first that never happened (although it has now). But the bank people who the mortgage is paid to were kind to my Mum
They were meant to be upping the rates last year as agreement to the payment plan or something like that but they've not done it as Mum told them what was going on and they were good about it luckily
