I'm not intending on being a Nursery Nurse. Those who do want to be one tend to stop once they get their level 3
Those doing my course tend to want to do higher positions such as Special Needs Assistant (what I'm hoping to be eventually), Higher Level Teaching Assistant (which the lovely Mrs T is I believe) and many others.
That's not to say that Level 3 don't have to do hard work because they do, it's just degrees involve less help with assignments (rightfully so) and a lot harder work

It's all very worth it though when you see their faces light up, when they tell you something that makes you smile or laugh, when they give you a little present (like a drawing) and knowing you're helping that child to develop whether they're a baby starting out in nursery or a child at primary or even secondary school age.
People often think that Nursery Nurses just turn up for work and play with the babies/toddlers/children all day which is so far away from the truth.
