Will Ciara be No.1 today
Will Ciara be No.1 today, or will it be Elvis again, actually it seems you can follow the chart here, if you wish to.

Ciara is number 1! Didn't think she could do it but at least it stops the charts from being a Elvis bore.

Do you say it Sierra or Kee-ah-ra?
I've heard it said both ways by various dj's and presenters. I always thought it was Kee-ah-ra. |

She is No1, with Elvis taking No2, and Chemical Brothers at No3.
Although I heard that she was #4 or #5 in the midweeks, with Elvis at No1. Either way, Elivis' No1 from last week is this weeks No20, surely the biggest slip from No1 EVER? Then, Manic Street Preachers have slipped from No2 to No26, also the biggest slip from No2 I've ever heard of. The charts are MAD at the moment!

can't see the charts lasting for the rest of the year. They are a total joke!
Just looked it up and it is that terrible Goodies song. Who the hell buys this crap?? |

I like a bit of RnB, but I can't see what's so great about this song, I can't even tell what the girls singing, and production wise, all it seems to be is a beat and that damn annnoying noise, which you can hear if you leave your landline phone off the hook for too long. Apparently the simplistic production is the in thing though, but I'm far from impressed.
Still, at least Elvis and his fans failed to hijack the charts for the third week in a row, which is something. |

Thank god it's not Elvis though. the general concensus amongst the public, especially the young, was that the 'manipulation' of the charts had gone on too long. Maybe Ciara might be Number 1 next week.

The charts are MAD at the moment! ![]() 'Biggest Fall From Number 1 In January 2005, the limited edition re-issue of Elvis Presley's "One Night / I Got Stung" fell to number 20 after a single week at number one. In so doing, it broke a record set 47 years earlier... After Christmas 1957, Harry Belafonte's "Mary's Boy Child" tumbled from No. 1 to No. 12; the biggest ever fall from the top spot for an 'unlimited' single. ' I think the Manic's last single went in at number 2, and made a big drop next week too... BTW Add to that list Jay Z and Linkin Park. It went into to the top ten, ended up out of the top 20, and now they've slowly climbed back up to number 14

I feel my purchases of both versions of the latest feeder single, contributed to it reaching number 5

And of course... we all know why Elvis' single droped from 1 to 20 dont we? Because it was a limited edition release, and the single was deleted at the end of its first week of release !
