Great poat op. I didn`t like Hazel at first and really cringed when she was all over Dan and Daley....now I have come to see her as a nice friendly woman, who gets on with everyone.

Yep me too. She's just getting on with the experience and taking each day as it comes. BB gave her a hard time and certain hms loved it, hence the comments about her fellow hms. It was an emotive reaction at the time. Who could blame her.

So if you made a mistake in life, would you want your friends to remember it all YOUR life...I don`t think so. Live and let live.

Very good post OP. She's made one mistake in pursuing Daley (who was by far more to be blame for the whole thing) but some people seem to think she should be vilified for all eternity for it. Hope she wins too.

i've defended Hazel when she's been on the receiving end of Gina's verbal and other housemates who have turned on her and she's been through a lot in the house. I think she's had the roughest ride in the house out of all of them, particularly out of the girls in there, but she'll have a lot to deal with when she gets out, and then she can slip off and have some peace for a while, which she won't be able to do if she won.She could turn out to be a right nasty bit of work when she gets out, but from what I've seen so far, I don't think it would be good if she won, and models don't tend to win anyway.

My feelings about Hazel are as follows:

Had she been like she is now all the way through she'd be a huge fave, but she wasn't. She can be a very nice person and has shown that recently [minus the bitching] but she messed up the BB game BIG time.

But to be fair she never thought she'd be in with a chance. She had different motives. She went in there to promote her business, she said openly that her body IS her business so she did just that, she promoted her body.

It came across slutty.

but it doesn't work in a popularity contest, which is essentially what BB is.

As a model she has learned to behave in a certain way for the camera, to project a certain image and she went into the house in 'work mode' [pouting posing, showing her assets] up until Daley got ejected.

Then reality hit and we're seeing a nicer, more un-posed side to her. We're also seeing her not giving a shit about whether she wins, that's because she never went in to win per-se. She wanted to get work from it.

Now that she's still there the prize is in sight she has adapted, to the idea that she's on BB and actually has finally got with the program, she realises that she might win and that she has to be a nice person to do it. Something, she was never anticipating when it began.

I actually think she'll get what she wants from BB, unlike many of the others.

But I do understand the people who still think she's the slutty [sorry to use the word] version of Hazel that we first saw.

Sophie was a model and won. She also slept with another hm on the show and no big deal was made about it. All this prudeness from some viewers is a tad hypocritical imo (not meaning you by the way).

As for how she could turn out? I don't care how any of them turn out or what they do afterwards to be honest with you. I don't read mags or the daily trash newspapers.....so makes no difference to me

I don't. She messed around with Daley knowing full well that he was hooked up with someone on the outside world. Since Daley left, she's moped around being miserable. She doesn't deserve it...no one in the house does. But if I had to give it to someone, it would have to be Sam.

I was a fan of Dexter until he let his ego take hold. Gina gets 10 grand a month (most likely a lie), so she doesn't need the money. She's also quite shallow and artificial. Always making her silly little remarks and caking herself with makeup...eurgh. The rest of them are a joke.

Sophie also was talking to Gina late last night and saying she misses her things and didn't bring lots of her clothes to the house.

I'm impressed by the way Hazel has turned things around.

She's had a lot to contend with & she's taken a lot of flak, but she's toughed it out.

I don't see her as winner material, but it would be nice if she could make the final, although I don't see that happening.

Daley changed his relationship status almost hourly when he was in the house, so how do you know what he told Hazel or what she knew?

Talking of these people then - Gina if she acts like last night with Sophie is nice Gina. This of her I like a lot. If she was not so nasty of other people like Hazel and making fun of things 'normal' people buy like clothes and things then I would like her more.

Dexter is always thinking of what he does and how it will change what others think of him. Yes this is game but Dexter you would never trust to know if he is to be trust or not.

Sam is funny and seem a nice boy, but I am learning that he does say things to girls on the house that is maybe not respectful. If this is just sense of humour then maybe OK but it is hard to know for me because I do not know at time what things like ''Flash Your G**h For Free Pie & Mash' and find out from posts after it may be bad.

vaguely remember Sophie, but she must have been a nice person, not that Hazel isn't ,,but the Daley thing I think will mean she won't win- even on here there's still people determined to remind us of the darn thing - they won't let it drop - and so that's why I don't think she will win due to that mentality.

Well I would love Hazel to win, she's the only one left I like really.
She has displayed courage, intelligence and maturity.

I find it odd that so many people want Gina to win when she is so obviously phoney and playing a game.

Hazel isn't a stupid girl. While she didn't know the specifics, she knew Daley's relationship status was a "grey area", but still decided to be willfully ignorant and have some fun. Everyone in that house told her not to go there but she continued to pursue him. She's the worst kind of person.

Whereas others appear to have selective ones!

I'd rather she won than Sophie, Sam, Twins or Charlie. But no i don't think she deserves it as a housemate, as an experience though i think she has dealt with a lot and should win based on her courage with that...
