What is all this cr*p about Sam has a disability, he has aids to help him hear alright.

His hearing problem would still have affected his ability to speak growing up though.

My friend has the same disability and though he also has aids, he finds it very difficult to follow conversations that are not one to one, like in the pub, when others are talking in the background.
I think this may be Sam's problem.
