You need to to go out of your house jump on the number 56 bus which will take you to the city centre. You'll see a very tall glass building, go inside and climb up the stairs to the top where there is a helicopter waiting. Jump on board, the helicopter is taking you to a secret island just off the coast but it cannot land, luckily you have a parachute. Use it and you'll land safely, but you will have to run quickly as there the natives who live on the island are deadly, run south 50 paces and you'll come to a hole, climb down and when you get to the bottom knock three times and Dullagj will let you in.
