Camerons story reaches is Dramatic and spectacular conclusion when he takes Debbie and Chas hostage at the woolpack along with Diane, Steve, Rhona and Vanessa.

As the Police close in on him Diane tries to reason with him but he bludgeons her with a heavy object leaving her lying in a pool of blood.

Debbie is the only one it seems that can get close to Cameron and she tries to talk him down. Its then that Chas and Debbie learn the horrible truth about Gennie. Chas explodes with anger, moving to try and attack him. This knocks bottles of alcohol onto the floor were they smash and seep into the basement. The electricity box explodes and a fire engulfs the building. Panic ensues and Cameron reluctantly unties his hostages as they flee the now raging blaze. He unties Chas first but when he's done untying everyone he turns and walks into a knife held by Chas!

Debbie sees this and grabs Chas forcing her out of the blaze. A disgusted Debbie leaves Cameron to die.

Vanessa helps Diane to get up but as shes escorting her out of the fire Cameron grabs onto Vanessa and pulls her back into the flames.

Steve sees this and once he's Gotten Diane to safely he heads back into the inferno to help Vanessa.

Before either Cameron, Vanessa or Steve can escape an enormous explosion rocks the Woolpack and indeed the Village.

Just my idea
I think it would be an iconic way of Cameron getting his comeuppance

All looks good to me but can Cameron/the fire kill Laurel and Marlon? Then it would be perfect

As much as its a good idea... I think a fire would be too copy cat of the other soaps. And plus I think the woolpack has had enough fire's over the years.

Vanessa and Steve are two characters with a lot of potential -why would you kill them off. What have they done to deserve the same gruesome death as Cameron?

I think Cameron's comeuppance should be a lifetime in jail.
