Jim Robinson collapsing to the floor with a bowl of oranges hitting him! Classic!

I'm still convinced that wasn't Elaine Smith - but another actress.... she was never credited in these episodes.

No it was definately her, unless they found her doppelgänger!

Is that really that many deaths? Compared to British soaps I'm sure it's about a third!

That said, Julie Martin's death is still the best ever. Apart from being the most amazing soap character, it was just such a brilliant way to go...amazed nothing similar has happened since with murder mystery weekends.

The scenes with her in the ambulance/rushed to the hospital was not her but it was Elaine in the scenes in the hospital bed with Paul Keane, Stefan Dennis, Fiona Corke and Anne Haddy.

I think Josh Burns was a journalist from The Erinsborough News - for some reason Elle and him got trapped somewhere and he fell to his death? I think that's why she had claustrophobia.

Ah yes, I've just looked that up. In my head, I can see someone crawling out of a manhole but can't remember if it was that particular story or not!

As for Julie Martin, she was a great character. Some of the previous families have been brilliant and while it's early days, I can't see the Turners or the Willises becoming loved like some of the old ones.

Now I remember who Josh Burns is. I thought he was the guy in the wheelchair, who befriended Bridget after being mowed down by Susan, and was played by Liam Hemsworth. Obviously not. What was that character's name?

Didn't Elle get claustrophobia from being trapped in the 2007 season finale roof collapse? It was being trapped with a dying Josh that forced Elle to get over her claustrophobia.

I can't remember him at all, which surprises me given how much I adored Elle. I can't believe I've forgotten one of her plots.
