Hey,

Can anyone tell me please, what is Netflix UKs policy on listings?

I've just got well into Lost having picked up where BBC 2 were pushed out and Sky nicked it years back, and all of a sudden Netflix have stopped listing the whole series.

Will it be back do you think?

Cheers for any help, Guy.

It's all down to licensing agreements so couldn't really say if it will ever return again. Sometimes content does reappear if there's enough demand for it.
You could always ask Netflix themselves if they're able to say if it will return or not.
Currently Lost is available on US,Canada,Denmark,Sweden,Finland,Norway and Brazil versions of Netflix which if you want to you could use the likes of Unblock-Us to access those Netlix regions using your exciting account.

Lost was on Channel 4 before it was on Sky, not on BBC TWO.

However, 24 was on BBC TWO before it went to Sky.

Not that it matters now, just saying.

Just like they lost the rights to Scrubs but only half of the series out of like 8 or whatever they did, last straw for me and I cancelled.

All 9 seasons of Scrubs are on US Netflix.

I just joined NETFLIX, I had no idea there were 2 kinds or that I could join one rather then the other. Too late now, I have started watching something else instead.

Well actually there's 10 regions all together you could access using Unblock-Us. It's just a matter of changing I your DNS on device or router then changing the Netflix region using the selector, then the next time you log in to Netflix you'll be on your chosen region. There's lots of different and better content available on other regions too.
You get a 7 day free trial then it's $4.99(£3.20ish) a month thereafter.
