Statement from his employer
"Due to the volume of feedback Union Pacific has received from the public about Spencer Clawson's August 5 comments on the CBS reality show Big Brother 15, the company wants to reiterate that it has taken all the action it can under the Collective Bargaining Agreement until Mr. Clawson is released from the show. Mr. Clawson took an unpaid leave of absence to participate on Big Brother 15. Union Pacific has notified law enforcement of Mr. Clawson's August 5 comments."

It's mind blowing isn't it, just when you thought the houseguests have stooped to their lowest they pull out another. I'm sitting here mouth wide open at the sheer stupidity and grossness of the comments. Why say that on television? If it was a joke, a bad bad bad one, but if it was, why tarnish yourself with that kind of comment, it will be with him his entire life, he is a complete moron he really is. Also what would happen if the police raid his computer after the comments and there is stuff on there (not saying there will be it's just a what if), will they come into the house and arrest him? Which means they would have to show the conversation on the highlights to show the storyline I would think, surely CBS won't want to air that. This is a very sticky mess they have got themselves into this year and it worries me that its getting more and more shocking.

When I saw the clip on the live feeds, it was apparent that the 'joke' was that Spencer was pretending to be McCrae when he said all that - he wasn't referring to himself and, tbh, it didn't look all that bad to me. I mean it was nasty about McCrae but he was pretty obviously joking.

But yeah, I suppose he can be criticised for not realising that any reference to child porn nowadays would provoke a massive overreaction.

I don't like Spencer but for other things he's said more than this.

Stupid comments regardless of context or if it was a joke. Don't these people know they are on TV...
