BT WiFi double charging
zoralink

Good morning everyone,

I came back to England for the holidays to find that there was no internet at home. The only public hotspot in the area was that of BT, so I originally purchased a days access, this failed for some reason so I left it. A few weeks later I couldn't cope anymore and bought a weeks pass. That has at least worked but I've checked my statements today to find:

The original day pass was charged and taken out of my account.
The week pass was taken out twice.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Luke.

Get on to them - do you have any emails they sent about the passes? I'd scan your bank statement (removing account numbers etc) and email it to them to prove it's been taken twice.

Not only do the above but also ask them for compensation for the double charge. It's always worth it.
