Do you mean the tape and cassette are completely detached from each other or just that the tape has been pulled out and the ends are still attached to the spools?

Also how damaged is the tape? Creases and tears could render them unplayable again.

If the ends of the tape are still attached to the spools then you can use a suitable tool to manually turn one of the spools to wind the tape back into the cassette. With care you can wind it back on well enough to play through.

If the tapes are detached or the tape broken that is an entirely different matter and may be more difficult to repair. If you are lucky the cassettes may screw together and you can take them apart and reattach the tape to the spools and wind them back on. However there are lots of little guides and the like in most cassettes that can go AWOL or you get the tape wrapped incorrectly making it impossible to revive the tape.

And splicing the two ends of a broken tape back together may be possible but needs a biot more than a bit of sticky tape to do so properly.

If the tapes are really precious and irreplaceable you might need to look into getting them restored professionally. If such facilities exist that is.
