No channels load on the website for me at the mo. Token validity message?? I'm guessing I'm locked out for farting in the wrong direction or something

Just a dumb question here maybe. The BeIN sports iOS app I have seems to only be in Arabic. Possibly I just can't find the way to switch to English, or is this only in English?

And does anyone know the differences between the Lite and full versions (both seemed to be free)?

I managed to get it working with a dns provider the quality is not to bad at all i didn't test it for to long but it would be good if it worked via hdmi like the BT Sports app.
Doesn't go past the splash screen for me!

I would imagine that its like the android version so no dual audio channel so only English on 11HD & 12HD,sorry i can`t answer the question about versions.

It has Arabic, English and French you just have to change it i have just tested it via my mhl lead on my note 2 and it also works via hdmi out so im watching it on my 42 inch hd tv

To access the options you press and hold anywhere on the screen and it brings up a circle of menus. From memory, the one you want is the icon that looks like a gear/cog and you can select English from there.

My DNS service seems to still be working on access to the app but I was able to use it last night, although the feed kept stopping and starting. The app was a bit crashy too!

I tried running the app but I got the error message that I've already reached the maximum number of devices allowed.

Can I fix this on my own without emailing them? (because they already banned my account but I somehow managed to get it back)

And as for Bein sport asking for screen pictures of your location and IP address I don't understand , if they terminate your account it's just so easy to create a new one

Anyone know if Bein Sport works with an Lightning Digital AV Adapter for Iphone 5, i know it works with apple TV but been offered the above for a decent price.

Im waiting the same. Yesterday I sent one "please reset" msg and they answered with some nonsense, but nothing about the previous ban.
Today I have sent three msg's and they haven't replied back yet.

As far as iam aware your accounts should get reset automatically after an hour anyway this was happened to my account.

Im getting "device limit reached" on iOS, they probably were so stupid that they didn't delete our device record when they changed the brand/app. That doesnt reset automatically.

In order to activate your subscription you need to:

1- Launch the application on your iPad or iPhone

2- Click on the screen and hold until the menu pops up

3- Click on the "your account" - person symbol

5- You will need to enter your Apple ID and password in order for the App to restore your subscription.

I dont understand why theres two apps, normal and lite, and I can only restore
my sub on lite. I sent five messages to support today, last one was in arabic
Still no answers.

I restored it on lite, and all channels work. I had to change the itunes account on tye what is registered to egypt.

For those receiving the "device limit reached" error, make sure to sign out on one device before starting it on another.

I think if you just close the browser, BeIN still have that device as logged in so you can't log in with another.

Also, I wouldn't contact BeIN requesting a reset. They are more likely to flag your account and it always resets in 1-2 hours anyway

Been following this thread for a while now, I've cancelled my subscription, and found a better more reliable cheaper option with all sky channels and BT channels and even American sports

PM me if interested. Also only a monthly subscription so you can cancel if its not for you.
