Perhaps its time to cut your losses and find an alternative like i have like me you seem to have nothing but trouble
I tried and they came up with the usual bullshit "clear your cache and cookies" which of course did not work.

Then I tried emailing them again and they started asking for my account info which I could not give to them as theoretically a month ago they banned my account for using vpn/dns to bypass the geoblock (but those idiots didn't actually banned or deleted it, they just changed my password.... so I reset it and all good)

As I said already I paid for a season pass but I won't certainly renew next season.

And as for the channel 12 not working, I don't even watch it as they broadcast rugby there most of the times which doesn't really interest me.. but it just shows how shitty as service AJS is

No amount of money is worth that hassle i spent more time trying to fix issues than watching any streams if your just into the premier league sub to premierleaguepass the quality is amazing aand it works with dns.
As I said already I paid for a season pass but I won't certainly renew next season

To be honest, every time I've had a problem and emailed them, I've had reasonable response. If my account has exceeded the login limit, they've reset it within 15/20 minutes of me requesting it etc.

Whether you pay for it or not, the service is not meant for you so you're not really entitled to be disappointed. You're receiving something that you shouldn't be watching. If you lived in the MENA region then your argument would be valid all day long but seeing as you're nowhere near the region and are watching via DNS means, whether you pay for it or not is irrelevant.

I take it from your location you're in Italy? You should be subscribed to Fox Sports in your region for the Premier League just like I should be subscribed to Sky and BT. I'm not though. And with that, I realise that I've got sod all rights to be disappointed with a service that I shouldn't be watching in the first place. If it's not up to your expectations, stop paying them and subscribe to another service instead.
What information do you give when you're emailing them mate ? I've got the app on my iphone and works fine but when clicking on stream it says device limit reached.

What information do you give when you're emailing them mate ? I've got the app on my iphone and works fine but when clicking on stream it says device limit reached.
Whenever I've exceeded the login attempts, I just email them saying my computer or internet connection was playing up and can they reset it. Don't go into any great detail, keep it short and they've always got back straight away with a cut & paste reply saying it's been reset and the account is for my use only etc.

According to speedtest.net quality could be Ultra HD with activated smartDNS

Poor quality on the Liverpool game for me as well (HD11).
Still very watchable though and no stuttering at all.
I'd nearly settle for that every time if the stream was dependable.

I notice that BeIN are asking people to register their satellite receivers before 31st Jan to keep access to certain channels. I wonder if this means that all the Sat 3pms will be available again in a couple of weeks?

I noticed that the other day. If they resume all live 3pm's online, I presume the channels showing them will be streamed only to people who have registered their viewing card/receiver details. But we shall see!

Not a single problem here. 2.4mb without a single drop. Same on ipad, perfect.

Feel like I'm on commission for bein, I just don't experience some of the problems that are plaguing others. Maybe it's because I live in Egypt??

I am using Overplay too and quality is fine but it has dropped a few times. And I do not believe that the smartDNS being used have anything to do with the stream quality.

Hi, yeah that was on my home theatre PC, haswell core i5, 8gb ram. Yes I didn't see a single drop in quality during Liverpool. That's on my 4mb sky connection!!

The only thing I can think of is that BeIN have worked out the IP addresses being used by the Smart DNS providers and instead of blocking them they are just providing a poorer service especially during big matches.
I guess if they blocked them, the DNS providers would just find some way to work around it.

You do realise that will go down in here like a lead balloon because certain other posters won't be able to continue the campaign against the service in general being awful when all facts point to it being stellar?

I agree, definitely a smart dns issue. I'm at my father in laws, logged in using my account and my VPN and it's perfect, not a single quality drop from 2.4mb

Lol, the channel 6 and 12 are still bugged and they've been bugged for a week or so.. stellar service, yeah!

and btw, I am using a smartdns service to watch BeINSports and I've never had quality issues. Always top notch 2,4mbps no matter what games. Again, once you pass the geoblock test the dns you're using do not matter anymore, location requests are not sent during the stream, why do you still refuse to see this?

Dude you were saying the exactly same thing back when the player was bugged a couple of months back(high cpu usage and low fps) and then someone else who was using it from the MENA posted on this forum saying he was having the same issue even though he was not using any vpn or smart dns service..

I've spoken to somebody quite recently who is in Qatar and he confirmed the service is fine there... but I understand you won't want to hear that. Can you find the post from the user on here in the MENA region or do you remember his name?
