Picture quality has been rubbish today and yesterday. Overplay say it could be a bandwith issue with Bein's CDN. Any ideas?

I've had a few issues myself today so decided to test the service out using 'other means'. I'm currently watching a stream from beIN Sports 11HD on a 'dodgy' website shall we say - being streamed by somebody somewhere, and the quality has remained perfect throughout. And yet my other stream - using Overplay - has been less than great.

The quality on BeIN is like a dodgy site!

Is HD11 working for anybody if website language french is choosen?
Also in arabic language the stream won't start...

11HD using smartDNS, not a single quality drop the first 40 minutes, 2.4mbps all the way.

How do you tell the mbps?

Well you just notice it from the quality of the stream. 2.4mbps is the highest quality.

Where's it show it

No it's not. Quality been perfect for Chelsea match using Overplay. Also been perfect all day using the dodgy feed - but was perfect on dodgy stream earlier when Overplay stream was playing up... work that one out.

Interesting how some people have been fine today and others haven't!

There's an option on the video player at the bottom. Let's you specify the stream quality, or have it set to 'auto'.

Well my sub runs out today so i thought i would just try it for the last time on channel 15 it played for around 1 minutes then froze the throughput dropped to 0 for a few seconds and then recovered to 1.2 mbps im currently on the 2.4 mbps setting.Iam not using overplay but another dns provider good luck with everyone else who is continuing to use the service.

We have already had this discussion and it did not work for me as they where just to slow for what ever reason and as my sub runs out in less than four hours its the last thing im going to do.I dont need the service for anything but the premier league because ive got bt sports hd and skysports hd at home so its easier for me to look for an alternative that actually works at my end

HD3 way better after I simply deleted cookies, Internet files etc :s

Clearing the cookies, cache etc is what beIN Sports will tell all MENA customers to do. It's also what Overplay will recommend.
