Apart from the post that was taken down every other post this afternoon seemed to be OK
So I've watched a full match on AJS and it went low quality about 5 times and froze once... meh.
Is the quality on PLP any good? Might have to try that although their test stream quality didn't look great

Yeah, I don't want to seem like I'm going OTT but the last post got taken down for the same thing and that service was also mentioned on this thread previously. It would be a shame to have to start all over again, again

Just downloaded the app... Works well. Interesting to see how the Airplay stream quality compares to using HDMI and Airplay Mirroring.

Hi Dave,
I'm actually looking at picking up a Lenovo Q190 (Intel Celeron 1017U 1.6GHz). Do you think it would work as well for AJS, as your i3 version? If I can combine a great viewing option for AJS, along with the ability to add xbmc to it, I'd be very happy.
Thanks in advance for any opinions from users of the Q190.

what are you watching it on a pc or a tablet/phone?
Watching the Utd game on AJS, audio switch not working? Stuck on foreign commentary.
edit: that's better, switched to HD6 and english now.

Is your commentary and picture in sync? The commentary is miles ahead of the picture on mine! They keep telling me things ahead of what I'm seeing by about 10 seconds!
It's slightly better in sync again now since they went back to the world feed audio instead of using the Sky Sports audio feed on the world feed pictures!

With VPN it works, no problem here. I've been watching the whole day through iPhone/AppleTV.
No HD quality yet though.

stupid question maybe, anyone able to get the AJS iPad/iPhone apps to work using overplay smartdns instead of VPN ?

Email sent - I've tried to explain it in great detail that it is the iPhone / ipad app and it works on a VPN but not on Smart DNS.
Also pointed out how it will load a channel at first, but then when you go to change a channel it simply doesn't work.
Maybe if we all could do something similar they may take notice and do something about it?

My Marks out of ten for picture quality today (PC to TV)
Sky Sports HD (TV) - 10
Sky Go - 5
AJ - 7
PLP - 7 1/2
For me the best value for money is AJ, although PLP had a slightly better picture, AJ's pre and post match chat and interviews, plus the goals as they happen (if watching the featured match), won it for me

3pm Norwich - Everton. Al Jazeera ready, referee has whistle on his lips, so i press pause. Normally i watch games afterforwards, because i have to put my kids to sleep and before that there is lots of stuff going on at home. Today it was. So Al Jazeera promotes, that you can continue watching stream from pause. So 3 hours later i came back with beer and silence. Game on! 15 seconds it worked until it freezes. Whatta ****? Then i navigate to archieve of games, but empty with Premier League full games.
Lucky that i did get PremierLeaguePass´s free day pass, so site open and voila! Game on again! And what a picture! Thats so cool and 30fps (tested with Fraps). Here is the sample: http://www.mediafire.com/download/qf...PLP_SAMPLE.avi
Now im consider to ask refund from Al Jazeera and jumping to PLP, because watcing games afterforward is very important to me. Let see what they answer me. Even so, im gonna buy also PLP, because my AJS is only for 3 months, so not so big deal. PLP is going to release support for ipad app to AirPlay, so i can watch games also from TV. Now i cant, because my TV (or computer) doesent support 10m HDMI cable. And AJS is not going to get support for AirPlay for their Ipad app.

AJs servers all over the show today , I think we just have to be patient for a bit until they sort the problem , I think today was always going to be a bit hit and miss , just watched the Man U Swansea game very good airplay picture quality iPhone to Apple TV but all the 3pm kickoffs were poor couldn't even get a picture. As for plp signed up for the free 24 hour pass , picture quality wasn't bad but like AJ I think we have to give it time
