Still juddery for me as well on the PC, iPad test earlier in the week was decent, occasional judder...gave the iPad 80%.

Not sure they have started doing anything yet, but their tech promised to get back to me after the meeting as hasn't so far. So I got back onto them and reported that it was still an issue and pointed them to my previous interaction with support.

I have also ordered an iPad AIR so hoping my streaming experience will at least be better!

Watching the Chelsea game, judder obvious, but better than "other" streams I've used in the past. Hopefully PLP will get it resolved before they terminate my account.

It's definitely the vid compression the video plays different on my iphone camera.

if you have PLP try internet explorer if not already doing so, chrome in particular plays back very choppy, but IE always seems to run perfectly for me.

I have tried IE.

Chrome could be due to the Pepper Flash (Chrome has its own flash but can also use your system flash). For some reason using pepper flash it is basically unwatchable, with system flash it is I suppose watchable just the jutter is very annoying and eventually makes me feel sick.

The problem is I can find other streams that are free with no jutter, not quite as good picture quality as PLP (can't fault them on that) but the jutter makes it unpleasant against the free stream I have!

3pm games better than last week but still showing judder especially Chelsea Game, Crystal Palace game best of the lot with only occasional judder. Hoping by next week PLP get it right.

Arsenal game back to been like last week, juddering like crazy and muddy picture quality. NBC stream much better, no juddering despite same converted muddy picture.

Personally, I think you should wait a week or two and see what happens.
Some VPNs will work better than others.
DNS services should work better, but might not depending on the serve you choose.

Wish people would stop whinging about the juddering on this stream and just be thankful of the great picture quality.

I for one am more than happy given I can watch my team for a fraction of the cost to see them in the flesh. Not that I could get in or afford the admission costs!!

How can it be great picture quality if it is juddering, headache and eye strain come to mind watching that for a whole game. If it was free, I would still complain, but it isn't so there is no excuses, considering they got it right towards the end of last season, why go and muck it up with this 30fps nonsense. Having read a recent post on their twitter it looks like they may be getting the message as one of their support people tweeted that this supposed 30fps improvement is invariably a bit subjective.

If you haven't got any judder you are one of the few and must be very lucky and I am genuinely happy for you. I pay for the plp service so can't see how that makes me a freeloader, I hate the quality of those free streams and don't intend on watching them, but your comments gave me a laugh anyway .

I also pay for plp and have high standards, but I am also a realist and glad of this service, and who knows it may improve for those who desire it, but I am not going to complain given the small amount I pay for subscription.

Still chuckling at the freeloader comment! You definitely hit my funny bone there, my kind of humour. The service was definitely better last season and that's what's so annoying, why mess with it when it was perfectly okay especially the iPad stream. I also hate any sort of frame conversion when it is not needed, makes colours look washed out and contrast too bright. 25fps was spot on.
