I think the EPL is behind the blackout as a clause in the rights sale agreement. They got really shafted with Tring years ago didn't they? Mind you they used to have the strange blackout at 3pm times every now and again.
Of course the Premier League are behind the blackout, who else do you think it would be?

As for Tring - yes, they didn't go down well with the PL. So much so, Albania as a whole is in the elite club of not being invited to the last tender at all.

Really? With your 1 post as well.

Can anyone give me a quick review of Fox Soccer 2 Go? I need to sort out my CL for the season and wondered if it was worth giving them a shot.

Cheers.

It used to be quite expensive considering what you got but not sure if they still have the same pricing now they've not got the Premier League. It worked out about £12 a month plus not all matches were shown live - depending on what Fox network it was shown on, they held back showing it live on the website in order to keep people paying for the Fox Soccer Plus premium channel in the US.

beIN Sports still works out far better value for £7 a month for all the competitions instead of £12 for just Champions League (and a bit of rugby!) from Fox.

Yeah tbh the android app is a piece of junk.
Channels sometimes do not load (especially the EN ones - the french ones always work, on the other hand)
That's why all I care about is the browser stream
(No idea about the ios app as I do not own an apple device.)

Cheers for this.

I'll do a bit more research about whether the games will be live-if they are then I'll stick with them as I'm giving the free trial a go at the moment and the games look a lot better than on beIN.

its like using a pest control company to kill one ant. Complete OTT for what is in effect a none issue. The people paying for PLP etc. are not people who are going to sign up to sky, as they want to watch games sky doesnt show. Plus 99% of brits wont even know about this stuff.

But is interesting that the EPL have no respect to those people who have paid for these services legitimately and getting no service.

Tring were comical as well as I'm sure they used to lie about the reasons for those blackouts and blame everything under the sun other than the EPL.

And they wonder why so many people seek alternative methods of watching EPL.

Of course what has done it is the pubs using it to broadcast matches. If it was residential then I bet this would still be happening now, but once the pubs got onto it straight away the pressure is on. That was what happened with the dsat channels which used to be available until the pubs went silly.

Mine was, I watched it on that. No studio coverage or anything, just live pictures of the game.

I also watched the Spurs game on HD11 (on iPad). The stream was very good; no issues, but it wasn't reaching "full HD" as mentioned earlier by a poster, like it does on HD13 & 14.

I like may others was upset when the previous thread got shut and deleted and as helpful as this thread has been I am now thinking maybe with the second post like this in recent weeks it might be time to shut it down.

imho this shouldn't be a place for people to peddle their dubious wares whether they be the pirate links that got the previous thread closed or charlatan acts like this.
Hopefully posts like this will be deleted and the poster banned rather than the entire thread being deleted.

how was that post any worse than whats been posted previously, with so many posts talking about using VPNs and DNS to avoid geo location ? This guy doesnt mention anything other than the fact that he can offer NBC, doesnt say anything about the legality of it.

Woah... There's loads of useful info in this thread so it's definitely not time to shut it down!

The previous thread was closed because it was continually discussing illegal sites and services. I've got no idea if the post you're quoting is genuine or not but it's still only referring to a subject that's widely discussed on here (i.e. gaining access to NBC coverage). Perhaps you should just ignore that post instead of calling for the threads closure because a lot of people have contributed to this thing and it'd be a shame to see it go over nothing!
