Well the under 21 epl is fine on bein! There's no crowd though so can't imagine the prem league are too bothered about that!

I have now cancelled my bein sports online sub and have found a fantastic alternative it's a bit more expensive but it gives me the NBC premier league channels plus others I was going to go for a satellite system for bein sports but it's too risky, if ever the channels moved satellites to Nilesat 201 or Badr 5/6 I would be stuffed.

I posted to let you know that I have cancelled my bein sports and found another provider, lots of others in this thread were doing the same. When I was still with bein sports there were others posting about getting PLP. It was just a bit of info for you, why does anyone post anything on here sometimes

They actually shared their alternatives (PLP, as you mention) while you didn't.
Not even via pm.

Means you're here to troll.

Anyone else noticed that Monday nights prem game is advertised as being on bein connect? Just a mistake I imagine...

If they're advertising games on connect and not showing them surely they could land in hot water for false advertising?

They're in the Middle East. Other than a few irate customers, I seriously doubt they have any worries about regulatory intervention when covering around 20 countries at once. I seriously doubt they even have any sort of regulatory bodies anyway TBH!

They are advertising the games as being broadcast on CONNECT TOO, as Akki pointed out a couple of days ago.
Until last week, the games were shown as being broadcast ONLY on sat channels.

Even as a joke, that's a rather snobbish statement.

Are many people still able to watch an acceptable stream on the beIN website then (with the new player, I mean)? If so, out of interest, what are your setups?

No it's not. Perhaps it could be you taking the moral high ground and taking it out of context? Was not a slur against the Middle East it's a statement that the same regulatory requirements that we have in the UK don't apply there; let alone across a region spanning up to 20 countries.

I know yeah. I was just commenting on the false advertising claim. Which in itself is perfectly correct but whereas we could complain to the ASA in the UK, as far as I'm aware there is no such thing in the MENA region so it's just a case of disgruntled customers as opposed to anything 'proper' being done about it.

As a side note - they could well be right anyway and the games will be broadcast live on Connect... not long to find out.

Ok, hd1 and hd11 are showing the bein news channel on ios. Not city v arsenal and not the rights message. What does the web player do? Can't check I'm out.
