They refuse to cancel the monthly payment saying it states in their terms and conditions that there is only a 5 day cooling off period then you are tied to a contract.
It's not a lot of money but it seems like a pretty poor approach from them. I'll be asking my bank to cancel the payment but i'd warn off others from signing up to PLP even if they sort out the stuttering.”
It's unfortunate, but I think it was clear that PLP were allowing us to pay for a season pass in instalments, rather than it being a monthly subscription. A subtle, but important difference that maybe could have been made clearer at the outset.
On another note it is so frustrating that this stutter is still apparent. The bitrate and resolution of the stream are excellent which, in a way, makes it even more annoying that they've messed up the frame-rate. I've not seen that sort of stutter on any of the other services.
