Yes i just checked with the original dns settings and itw working again

not seen it mentioned yet but unblockus now support al jazeera so its an alternative to overplay.

Does unblock-us also have the same problem with freezing on ajs

Well either all of these dns services are using the same data centre or its firmly an ajs problem not that they will admit it,ive even had to refresh HD 6 three times in the last 2 hours even though there is no live football on.

i had it on earlier for over an hour with no issues. However the true test will be saturday as the only time i have had issues are when live games are on. Time will tell but i only subscribed for a month and that expires next week.

My Hd 6 froze after 4 minutes a total joke

mission impossible to watch HD6

And +10 now for me Al Jazeera are a total disgrace in my opinion

going very bad on HD3 too, quality constantly dropping, very annoying..

And HD 1 now you may as well be watching on a free illegal stream

HD6 was stopping every minute (quality remained high) but stopped and had to refresh the page for the stream to continue

I tried playing around with hardware acceleration and nothing

I flipped to the Andorra vs Netherlands Game and changed my DNS server addresses (try switching your alternative and your main) and then right clicked on the stream, settings, clicked the folder, and allowed AJS to store unlimited data on my machine
that game played perfectly

I have now gone back to HD6 and im not sure whether it was changing the storage limits on the flash settings or the different DNS but HD6 is playing as smooth as butter now

although game in not in HD , only studio

the LOCAL STORAGE that is use it only 2k , even after changing to UNLIMITED.

The feed is awful for this game but fingers crossed the above tips have hopefully helped with stability etc

I also found a solution (hopefully) to freezes and drops. I disabled ipv6 from network settings few days ago, and since then there has been no drops or freezes at all.

Is the problems with AJ on every platform? Or AJ is more stable on the pc?

I'm not exactly sure which step fixed it

but i'm getting a constant 300kbs stream (even though not as crisp as usual but i think that's just cos of the feed AJS have)
not dropped once since the changes

Its a miracle perhaps you should work for ajs technical support im sure you would do a better job

My tips

1. Download ccleaner (its free and a fantastic all round app)
Clean your web browsers using the cleaner on that

2. Right click on an AJS stream, settings, folder icon, storage unlimited

3. Right click again, change hardware acceleration

4. Change your DNS addresses around (switch main and alternate)

5. Ask overplay for alternative DNS addresses

6. Go to asda, buy some hobnobs and have a good cry

in my opinion its just luck , as its smooth now.
