Just sent AJs an email saying that some of my channels eg. HD6,HD3,HD5, were very blurry and this was there reply

Please remove the app, re-download it again, if you cannot find it please use the following method:
Change the country of the IPad to a Middle Eastern Apple store (Kuwaiti, Saudi …etc) search the word "aljazeera sport" and you will find the app, download it, use the regulations sent to you previously and
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings,,,,,,,,, then restart the Ipad and inform us with the result
Our apologies for this, but this is the only way to activate the account made via apple ITunes as this app is specifically made for IPad only and you cannot use it for the website laptop or IPhone
Please inform us with the outcome
