I would personally give them a few moments. Overplay isn't a giant corporation, it's a small company and they are based in the US.
Which means there is a time difference.
Whatever tech support this small company has on a Saturday probably have finished breakfast only a couple of hours ago and suddenly discovered 500 emails.
I imagine they are in over-drive right now trying to sort out the issue and getting through the hundreds of emails heading their way.
