FAN Noise on a NEW Panasonic TX-P55VT65B

Re FAN Noise on NEW Panasonic TX-P55VT65B Serial number FZ-342***

I'm having issues here with FAN noise on my new Plasma TV, below is letter to Panasonic Customer Serices and my local dealer who supplied the TV.

Well an update on the FAN noise on my Panasonic TX-P55VT65B.
I had the TV local engineer from the dealer who supplied the Television out with his little pack of sponge blocks and armed with just his screw driver lol
We removed the back from the TV set, after seeing that these instructions were for the Right FAN as looking from the Front of set, (My problem is with excess noise from the Left FAN) we wondered whether it was worth even bothering to fit them around the Right FAN, but I said well your here now go for it!
I also asked him to swap over the FANS as there both of exact same part and that would also rule out if there was an issue with one of the FAN units.
We tried switching on the TV set without the back replaced, NO Noise from either FAN, we replaced the rear cover back on, and guess what? Not the slightest change in reducing the excess noise from the Left FAN
I really think it is a simple fact there is a design fault with the design of those punched holes in the rear panel for the Left FAN? If they were cut as concentric slots like those seen on your average Personal Computer Power Supply vent then we wouldn't be having this issue?
If it wasn't for the fact this TV being under warranty I would simply cut out two big round holes in the back panel and fit some proper designed FAN vents to the back panel!
I await your next move on this issue, I don't want to reject the TV because the picture is so good and there's no other TV set on today's market to even match on it's performance in PQ, other than this model, or your flagship model the ZT range, but that apparently suffers with the exact same problem of FAN noise? -(

Regards

Anyone else experiencing this same issue with there Panasonic Plasma TV?

As the post says I've emailed them with the above text.
My dealer has also escalated the issue too.
