No to first para.
iPad was ready to use ie all apps showing, but just froze in that state.
Only rebooting seemed to unfreeze it.
Bought in May 2012, use it an awful lot every day.
Am wise to back up.
Funnily enough, again on holiday in the Middle East, but careful to keep iPad out of heat etc.
I suppose I should try the Apple Forum/Support site.
My question really is, is freezing sometimes 'normal'?
