I am getting the service on Feb 7th (at last, but thats Tiscali's fault)

I have read a few posts about the poor customer service and dodgy reception at times. My dealings with customer service have been good so far. But I guess its because I am a new customer.

A bit worried about the breaks in service. Can someone allay my fears.

And can I use my Freeview box as well as Homechoice? So I can get Sky Sports news

No need to panic - I think it is all rather good myself. Never had a CS problem or break in service.

You can use your Freeview box alongside it.

yippee, thats good news.

Was a bit worried about not having Sky Sports News. However might go for Sky sports 1,2 and 3 when the Ashes start

Customer Services are good. You hardly have to wait long at all and service has been very good for me (dont expect sky digital like picture quality though!!)

Whats good about them is that if you do have a fault with your equipment they replace it right away (those boxes mustn't cost them much to make!!)

I have not had any problems with home choice, their service has been great, no breaks in service, 24/7 net connection and no downtime during the last 9 months. So Im not complaining

one other thing. I have an Airport Extreme enabled Mac. If I but the Airport Express base station, will Homechoice work wirelessly?

Yes it will, I'm using the same set up right now and it works a treat. Combining the VMX stuff with my iTunes library wirelessly through my hifi is great!

That sounds cool. I have the engineer coming round on the 7th Feb. Might have to get some pennies together and get the Airport Express thing pronto
