vk 207i
got my hubby a vk207i last june everything has been fine until recently it keeps going to voicemail when someone rings it.it just generally does what it wants
rang vodafone and they made me go through the menu with them and reset a few things on the phone has this happened due to the software needing to be updated hasanyone else had this problem let us know and is there anything i can do to stop this happeneing again it is on vodafone by the way

if you can get hold of a serial data cable and some software try flashing it.. might work.

ah yes, didnt realise the date, take it back to where you got it, even if you don't have a reciept it should be on their records, they should sort it.

You do not have to take the handset back to the original place you brought it from - You can take it to any Carphonewarehouse etc. with proof of purchase to get it repaired, or another or major phone retailer
