Write to ITV. 4OD done this once with a TV show and had an episode missing from the Samsung Smart TV platform (It was on iOS and the web). I wrote to them and within 24 hours they apologized and made sure the episode was up.

I have a feeling now ITV have a payment premium catch-up service, they will shunt all the best programmes to that, may be the start!

The payment premium catchup service may offer a program on-demand before it actually airs, and they may offer it without commercials (on iOS), but individual episodes will not be missed because of this on their free service.

If the other episodes are there, then this one will be available as well. The premium service does not cut off the last episode.

Have you contacted ITV and asked them directly?

No, find a direct number for them is always a problem.
