HI,
I have a Samsung UE32F6800, which is factory set for UK/Eire. However I want to use it in France so I have 2 Q's:

1/ how do I access the service menu to see if it is changeable to Europe (this is a problem for the off-air tuner, - it searches and finds French channels ok, but the number are all wrong - 801 - 854)

2/ Is there a quick way to change from the freeview tuner to the freesat tuner, rather than the laborious 'menu[enter]broadcast[enter[choose tuner][enter] [exit]' route?
Seems bizarrely long-winded when my Panasonic swaps over with 2 button presses !

Service Menu.
Put TV on standby and then push in series these buttons on the remote: 'info, menu, mute, power' the TV will then turn itself on and display a menu.
